Josie has been begging to make Christmas cookies. So, as I sat at work this morning, I told myself that at 12:00 I was taking off and we were going to spend the afternoon destroying the kitchen.
And we did. We made the cookies from the Fannie Farmer Baking Book's recipe. Not a plug, but I literally find almost all of my baking recipes out of this book (its especially great for breads). LOVE IT!
Anyway, Josie and Wes loved helping to roll out the cookie dough and cut out the shapes.
And we did a right good job of destroying the kitchen (as JoJo would say).
And how cute is the hand print on Wes's pants. You can tell my children have excellent manners. "Just wipe it on your pants, buddy." HA!
